Subsidy for general practitioner with telesecretariat
Partial reimbursement of your telesecretariat.
If you, as a GP, use Ringphone to manage your appointments, either by telephone or online, you can claim a partial refund for your telesecretariat via Impulseo III.
Impulseo III subsidy
Impulseo III is part of the Impulsfonds. This fund provides financial resources for all costs associated with the establishment and operation of general practices. Impulseo III regulates the precise conditions of the compensation if you use a medical telesecretariat such as ours. Because, the fund reasons, this helps you with your administrative management. And therefore leads to better and more efficient operation of your practice.
Refund
Half of the real costs, a maximum of 3,474 euros per GP.
Both the individually recognized general practitioner and the general practitioner group are entitled to this subsidy or reimbursement for using a medical telesecretariat.
Conditions
At least telephone and online appointment management is used.
There is a written cooperation agreement between the general practitioners of the group.
The individual GP manages at least 150 global medical records (GMDs), within a grouping multiplied by the number of doctors who have signed the agreement.
To submit the compensation application, you have until June 30 to submit the wage costs for the previous year.
