Patients can register themselves in your waiting room via a touch screen. Thanks to the link with your online agenda, you can immediately see who is or is not present. This way there is no need for a manned reception or you can save time for your employees.

In your online agenda you can track which patients have already registered. You can then call a patient to come through to the consultation room. Between call notification you can display certain informational messages. There are various configuration options to configure the screens completely according to your wishes.

In our dermatology practice in Maldegem we use the Ringphone registration screens. There are two screens in the entrance area where patients can register. This puts much less pressure on our receptionists who can spend more of their time on other matters. A nice integration into our practice.
